IT Systems Support (Graduates wanted or someone looking to get into IT)

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: up to £25,000 Neg

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an IT Systems support to join our Milton Keynes based IT Systems Team for our UKs leading distributor for premium bicycles, clothing, parts, and accessories.

Key responsibilities:

The role's aim is to ensure smooth running of our clients business systems by supporting day to day issues raised through their help desk. There will also be lots of projects and upgrades to get involved in.

Required Duties and responsibilities:

Provide 1st and 2nd line support for IT Systems
Testing of development and upgrades
Responding to help desk tickets
Report creation and maintenance
Carry out routine tasks as assigned

Skills required:

Keen interest in IT
Understanding of relational databases
Team player
Microsoft office

Desirable:

Any knowledge/experience of the following:

SQL Databases, HTML, CSS, Powershell, VMWare, IIS, Agile workflows, Jira, Magento, ODBC Reporting, ERP systems, AWS
Providing service to others
