Job Title: IT field support Analyst
Main Responsibilities

Provide day to day applications and basic technical systems support
Responsible for ensuring the IT queue is managed within the agreed timescales and service levels by effectively managing the IT Helpdesk ticketing system.
Remote troubleshooting.
Deal with printer issues, scanner issues, Network and infrastructure
Installation and maintenance of new hardware and software
Provide support on a 24/7 rota basis
Experience and Skills required

Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal
Knowledge of Azure
Knowledge of Infrastructure
Working knowledge of office 365 and Microsoft products
CCNA and Networking
Knowledge of technologies such as TCP IP, DNS, DHCP, VOIP and LAN
Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
Able to juggle multiple tasks
Want to learn new technologies
At least 1 years experience in an IT support role
Holds a driving License
