Role: IT Field Engineer

Salary: £26k + company car / car allowance

Location: Monday – Friday, High Wycome (base)

Due to an exciting period of growth and investment in the team, this established company with 260 sites UK wide is looking for experienced 2nd Line IT Support Field Engineers to join their growing team.

With High Wycombe as your base and travelling to sites, you will provide deskside and remote support to users across the UK covering technologies such as Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, Networking and video conferencing.

Your responsibilities will include:

2nd line Support and administration on a range of technologies including:

Windows 10
Audio/Visual
Devices/Jabra Devices/MS Teams Rooms etc.
Office 365 Admin.
Active Directory Admin.
TCP/IP, DNS, DCHP Admin.

Your technical skills will include:

Windows 10, installing, configuring, deployment, support & troubleshooting.
Recording work activities through ITSM Tools (ServiceNow, Autotask etc).
Audio/Visual – Teams + Video conferencing/Smartboards/Projectors/Click Share/Logitech.
Devices/Jabra Devices/MS Teams Rooms etc.
Office 365 Admin.
Active Directory Admin.
GPO Admin.
TCP/IP, DNS, DCHP Admin.
Multi-site Environments.
Routers/Switches ADSL/MPLS Technologies.
Hardware – Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, Servers.
Mobile Device Support (Android, IOS).
WIFI Technologies.
Relevant qualifications such as MCP, MCITP, MCSA, MCSEYou will come from a Field base role and know what it is like to be travelling around the UK and staying away when required, and you will enjoy the variety and meeting new people! You will have amazing interpersonal skills along with great customer service skills

A full UK driving licence is essential for the role!!
