Seeking a Project Manager – to join Global and growing FTSE listed manufacturing company on a permanent basis, remote working. The Client have embarked on an ERP Transformation Programme, developing and implementing world class, standardised processes and technological solutions across the organisation.

As the Project Manager, you will support the deployment of the programme, we’re therefore seeking an individual with an ERP background to assist with the deployment of the program, focusing on cutover planning, management of hyper care and transition to operations.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

* Define the scope of the project in collaboration with the business partner network, senior management (both IT and Business), other wider project stream leads (business, HR etc.) and relevant SME's

* Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project for each of the phases of the project

* Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project

* Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities aligned to wider Integration project objectives and expectations

* Review the project schedule with overall integration project management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required

* Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion

Key skills & experience required:

* 5+ year working within a multi-national organization with project management experience successfully running projects over £1M

* Experience in ERP implementation with detailed knowledge of cutover planning, hyper care planning and transition to operations.

* Project Management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, SCRUM etc.)

* Experience of dealing with business users at various levels (executive staff, sponsors, subject matter experts, users)

* Experience of dealing with IT experts in different areas (Applications, Infrastructure and operations)

* Experience of setting and managing project budgets

* Strong inter personal skills

* Experience of managing 3rd party/outsourced suppliers

* Confidence and presence to deal with both business representatives and senior project stakeholders but equally important are the skills enabling in-depth discussions with IT technical SME's
