We are currently looking for a IT Domain Lead to join a leading Biopharmaceutical company based in the Buckinghamshire area. As the IT Domain Lead you will be responsible for helping build and deliver the IT roadmap. Ensuring a high service and support level for the applications portfolio.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the IT Domain Lead will be to be a primary point of contact for Business Process Owners and Key Stakeholders whilst managing the team to build and deliver the IT Roadmap. The key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. The role will focus towards strong governance of the applications portfolio.

2. The IT Domain Lead will work closely with the business from the project roadmap to the project launch. Play an active role in the RFP process in collaboration with procurement and legal department. Identifing and schedules project deliverables, milestones and required activities and tasks. Coordinate projects portfolio for his/her own domain.

3. As part of the role you will help with budget management. Manage all related orders and good receipts and track his budget on regular basis to adjust Forecast vs budget + Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.

4. The role will coordinate cross departmental IT services and manage vendors and external partners.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the IT Domain Lead we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a IT/ Computer Science Field

2. Proven industry experience in Quality Management Systems experience

3. A working knowledge and practical experience in project management and understanding of business processes in touch with business VPs a lot. Someone comfortable managing senior stakeholders.
