With a goal of creating digital products that are the perfect combination of customer-centricity and great technology we are now looking to recruit a Infrastructure Support/ Server Support to join our Infrastructure team.
This role is part of the IT Infrastructure Support Team, responsible for the maintenance, support and ongoing development of DPG IT Infrastructure covering end user computing and server technologies across all locations.
The role holder will be key in supporting the Platform Support Team Leader in championing the Digital Workplace and digital transformation programme with customer experience at its heart.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about technology and will focus on putting themselves into the customers shoes to deliver a first-class experience.
You will be expected to demonstrate the following
5+ years demonstratable experience in a similar role supporting enterprise server Infrastructure and End User Computing environments
Relevant Industry recognized certification or demonstrable industry experience
As a senior member of the team you will feel comfortable being the 'go to' colleague for support and advice
Be an innovative and positive team player who is prepared to challenge the status quo, having a 'can do' attitude
The ability to form strong, mutual and professional business relationships with internal colleagues
Experience of managing and prioritizing your own workload
Have a high level of integrity – can and does deliver what they say they will
Good understanding of ITIL, preferably ITIL Foundation certifiedAlso must have strong knowledge of the following technologies
o Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems as well as macOS, iOS and Android, Microsoft SCCM and InTune, Cisco Meraki and Cisco firewalls, Active Directory (Azure and on-premise) / Office 365 / Exchange Online, Microsoft PowerShell, eCommerce technologies including CDNs, Load Balancers and WAFs, Splunk, PRTG.
