Infrastructure Support Manager – 2nd & 3rd Line Support

This position forms part of our continued growth with a hands-on Support Manager who will be responsible for;
Day to day team management – 3 Onsite (US Based) 3 Office Based (UK)
Travel to the US twice annually
Incident / Request Management (End to End)
Alert Management
Problem Management
Change Management
Engage with contracted vendors for support-related assistance.
Change Management
Work with aligned Client Engagement Manager on Monthly
Performance Reporting / Reviews
Major Incident Management / Escalation
Candidates must have solid Technical and Support Understanding of:
Active Directory Administration and Support
O365 Administration and Support
SharePoint
Azure Administration/Support
Routing/Switching TCP/IP
Sophos Firewalls
AV
SQL/Oracle advantageous
