Infrastructure Engineer – Cloud Hosting, Azure

Highly relevant technically this is an opportunity to work for a global business as they continue a transitional period of change bringing localised IT sites onto the global cloud platform. You will get the chance to work and upskill on the latest Cloud and Automation technology and help bridge the gap between code releases and the production environment.

Ideally looking for people with Windows Server experience aswell as Azure, Office 365, Exchange, Vmware and Domain/URL management.

You will be a key member of the systems engineering function liaising with international technical experts as you update the online presence and automate internal processes.

Role/Responsibilities

Develop, manage and maintain core on-prem & Cloud compute components and services.

Monitor computer networks, systems and services for security issues.

Manage domains, URLs and certificate registration and renewals across the business

Work with the security team to Install security measures and operate software to protect systems and information infrastructure, including firewalls and data encryption programs.

Develop and promote company-wide best practice for IT

Work with 3rd party suppliers to manage penetration testing of our websites.

Stay up-to-date on information technology trends and security standards
