Infrastructure Engineer

I am working with a company who are looking for a motivated and experienced 3rd line Infrastructure Technical Specialist to work in a dynamic and collaborative IT department to assist in the support of their current infrastructure and in the delivery of Digital initiatives and upgrades.

Experienced in incident management and escalation processes
Experienced in managing a team of diverse skillsets – with the ability to provide mentoring and guidance.
Be an innovative and positive team player who is prepared to challenge the status quo. Having a 'Can do' attitude.
The ability to form strong, mutual and professional business relationships with internal colleagues
Experience of managing and prioritising own workload
High Integrity – can and does deliver what they say they will.
Strong Understanding of ITIL, preferably ITIL Foundation Certified
Strong knowledge of Infrastructure and End User Technology
Relevant Industry recognized certification or demonstrable industry experience
Strong demonstrable knowledge of the following technologies;
Windows 10 / Windows Server 2012+
Microsoft SCCM / Intune / Autopilot
Cisco Meraki / Cisco firewalls
Office 365
Azure / AWS
eCommerce technologies – CDNs, Load Balancers and WAFs
