About the role:
They are currently seeking an Information and Reporting Administrator to join their Data and Information Team. The main purpose of this role is to support the provision of data compliance, reporting, research and insight across the group.
You will be responsible for:

Contributing to the development and embedding of data protection and related policies to ensure that they remain relevant and compliant
*
Dealing with the administration and maintenance of a system that holds records of processing activities
*
Supporting with the investigation of data breaches
*
Supporting with the administration of subject access requests, data protection impact assessments and legitimate data interest requests
*
Maintaining data quality and ensuring that data is secure and properly utilised in line with the Data Protection Act 2018
*
Preparing monthly and quarterly reports and assisting with ad hoc reporting requests
*
Assisting with the production and maintenance of management information
What they’re looking for:
*
Experience of working in information governance and compliance
*
Minimum of A level or equivalent in business administration
*
Knowledge of data protection compliance in resolving complaints or instances of non compliance
*
Experience of coordinating / managing information requests and DPIA’s
*
Experience of reviewing information, analysing historical data and performance
*
Experience of record management
*
Knowledge of Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR
*
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise
*
Experience of working within social housing would be an advantage as would an understanding of information governance and regulatory requirements
