Our Milton Keynes based client is looking for a Helpdesk Technician to join their team on a permanent and full-time basis.
Position: Helpdesk Technician
Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm (1 hour lunch)
Salary: £23,000 – £24,000
As part of the Service Department, the Helpdesk Specialist is responsible for technical support delivery ensuring software/hardware functionality is delivered as expected. You will provide 1st line support to major UK customers as well as providing updates to stakeholders including UK based customers and service operations.
Key responsibilities:
Preform 1st Level IT and Hardware support
Diagnose promptly whether on-site support is required
Update in house software systems accordingly
Provide first-class systems support to customers via remote software
Maintain all IT equipment
To establish and maintain effective working relationships with all other departments of the business.
You will have:
Atleast 1-2 years IT experience
Product/Technical: In-depth knowledge of equipment
An understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
IT and Communication Systems: Possesses a sound working knowledge of software packages such as CRM/Dynamics 365
