Excellent opportunity for a Helpdesk Supervisor to join a Global Powerhouse of a business offering fantastic training and development opportunities, an excellent benefits package, and long-term career stability and security.

This company operate across the UK, USA, Europe and Asia. They are involved in everything from the manufacture of physical currency through to software payment solutions. Due to continued growth and development they are looking for a Helpdesk Supervisor to join them.

In this role you will lead a couple of Helpdesk Administrators. You will be hands-on with providing support and guidance for clients with problems with their cash-handling hardware. You will provide 1st Line Support, if it's not fixable you'll transfer them through to 2nd/3rd Line Teams. If the device can't be sorted remotely, you'll schedule an Engineer to attend their site. You'll also be in charge of sending out and distributing invoices and purchase orders.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, good organisational skills, and commutable to East Milton Keynes.
