Quality Personnel are working with one of our clients and recruiting for a Helpdesk Supervisor.
In this role you will supervise and co-ordinate activities for two Helpdesk Administrators offering guidance and support.
Handling escalations for all service communications.
You'll have contact with internal clients, Service Managers, Despatch, Workshop, Technical Support, and Engineers.
Would suit someone with a minimum of one-year supervisory experience.
Duties will include:
Produce an updated manual for the Service Helpdesk (covering all aspects of the Service Helpdesk Administrators role)
Ensuring all processes and procedures are adhered to
Monitoring service performance and keeping track of engineer service delivery (against contractual agreements)
Ensure all service management data is accurate
Produce detailed and accurate reports on installation schedules that meet customer SLA's
Provide cover for the helpdesk on call logging and closures
Maintain asset registers
Prepare chargeable jobs in readiness for invoicing
Ensure jobs are closed correctly and any invoicing for chargeable calls are communicated to the relevant department
Candidate specification:
IT literate including SAGE
Service IT background
Good time management experience
Excellent leadership technique with excellent communication and decisions making skills.
