Helpdesk Administrator
We are looking for someone who can screen initial calls from customers, detailing/logging their issues and raising support tickets and assisting with any technical issues or escalation to the correct team. You will also be expected to deal with repairs, returns and ensure company guidelines are being adhered to.
Required Skills and Experience:
Previous experience working within a service environment
Experience of using a call logging system to raise and close tickets.
Experience of managing field based engineers
Knowledge of IT systems, Windows etc
Experience of managing diaries, keep them up to date with call details, availability, issues etc
Strong customer service approach to working
