This is a rare opportunity to join a sought-after employer as a Helpdesk Administrator in Milton Keynes.
You can expect to be:
Providing excellent customer service as the initial telephone contact for all telephone enquiries
Logging incoming customer calls on the system
Ensuring scheduled service visits are completed and keeping an accurate record
Communicating with customers all information; including ETA and job reference details
Managing the Service Engineers' Diary accurately
Closing calls quickly and within company guidelines
Routing calls and allocating to Field Service Engineers
Providing reports as requested
The successful candidate will be/have:
Experience within a similar role
Outstanding telephone customer service skills
Experienced logging complex/technical queries
Organised with strong attention to detail skills
Results orientated
