My client is seeking a Graduate Data Scientist to join their expanding Data Analytics Team in Milton Keynes. The company are looking for a recent graduate in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a similar subject. You will need to have solid skills in using Python and SQL as you will be required to work across multiple projects.

The salary for this position is between £27,000 – £34,000 and you will be required to travel into their office 2/3 times per week. The company are offering on the job training along with external training to help the right candidate develop into a more senior position in the future.

Requirements/Skills

Graduated in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or similar
Experience using statistical computer languages, Python to manipulate data and draw insights from data sets
Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distribution, statistical tests) and experience with applications
Knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) – advantageous
