Full Stack Developer – Milton Keynes

The Company:
Focus Group Recruitment have the pleasure with working alongside global leading electric charging business. My client are the UK leaders within their sector. Over the course of 10 years, our customer has established itself as the market leader in electric vehicle charging, providing solutions for EV drivers to charge at home, at work and on the road. On our mission to make charging fast and hassle-free, our charging points have been used over 30 million times to enable around 200 million miles of zero tailpipe emission driving.

The Role:
As Full Stack developer you will be responsible in maintaining and improving existing systems as well as being heavily involved in building new systems. My client will play a critical role in supporting their ambition to achieve “Net Zero by 2050”. We are seeking talented and enthusiastic engineers to make this happen.
Key Skills:
3+ years of work experience as a Full Stack Developer
Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, React, Node)
Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. Ruby, GoLang, Python, Node)
Knowledge of common JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
Knowledge in AWS & microservice infrastructure (Serverless, Lambda, Kubernetes, containers…)
Thorough understanding of user experience

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years Commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer, ideally backend knowledge of Python. This is a great opportunity for a Developer to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team. You will have solid knowledge of multiple front and back end languages.
The Location:

Salary: Up to £70k great benefits including contributed pension scheme , 25 days + 8 days bank holidays + EV leasing scheme (once successfully completed probation)
