REMOTE – Software Developer – £45-55k – C#, .Net, JavaScript, Node.js, Docker Containers

My Client have offices in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire and develop smart city and traffic solutions. They are looking for a Software Developer to join their team of technical experts. You will be responsible for developing a new integrated cloud-based platform to bring together their various products and services.

Location: REMOTE excluding the occasional trip to one of their offices for meetings – circa twice a month.

Main Duties:

+ Write clean code and carry out Peer and Code Reviews

+ Participate in all stages of the development process

+ Work alongside software departments nationally and internationally

+ Interpret customer requirements and generate functional requirements to assist in the development process

+ Assist in the development of an integrated cloud-based platform

Skills and Expertise Required:

+ Experienced developing software using C#, .Net, JavaScript OR TypeScript

+ Experience working with Microservices beneficial

+ Containerization and deployment experience highly beneficial (Docker)

+ Understanding of Cloud architecture

The salary for this position will be between £45-55k depending on experience + benefits
