Executive Support – IT
Location: Milton Keynes
Duration: 4 Months
Rate: £24 an hour – inside IR35
Executive Support provides a 'front-to-back' support service to a customer base of the Top 200 most senior & influential directors and executives in a global bank, including the CEO, Chairman and Executive Committee, resolving all of the Executive IT needs, in a fast and efficient manner, whilst maintaining calm and in control at all times.

You will be able to work the shift pattern below
Rotating between 08:00 – 16:30; 09:00 – 17:30; 10:00 – 18:30
On-Call rotation: Mon-Fri: 18:30 – 00:00 Sat/Sun: 08:00 – 00:00
Your skills and experience
You will have demostrable Executive Support experience
Windows 10 & Office 365 including MS Teams
MacOS
Outlook / Exchange 2007/2013 support
HP Hardware support
Apple Products (iPads, iPhones)
Airwatch MDM
Safenet/ F5 & Cisco RAS
Endpoint Encryption
Cisco, Teams & Zoom Video Conferencing/ Audio Visual support
Home working support
