Our Global FTSE 250 client is urgently seeking an ERP Training Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

As the ERP Training Manager, you will be responsible for translating the Training Strategy into an operational training plan for the roll-out of the new technology suite, Microsoft Dynamic 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O). This includes the design, development, implementation of the training delivery plan and measurement of the training, including training materials, timings, locations, and training standards.

Key responsibilities but not limited to:

* Building with Business Process Experts and other stakeholders, a comprehensive training materials suite for D365 F&O which can be utilised by functional and site management teams on an ongoing basis

* Working in conjunction with other Key Project Leads and Key Users for coordinating the delivery of training activity to a consistently high standard, and within the costs outlined at scoping and any variations agreed during the programme implementation stages

* Acting as the main training link between training delivery & relevant stakeholders within the organisation, ensuring issues are resolved in an effective manner pre/during/post site training delivery

* Being accountable for monitoring and reporting on specific programme progress against training milestones, and to deliver corrective action where results are falling short of expectations

The ideal candidate will a highly-skilled ERP Training Manager, experienced managing training design and roll out in large scale Enterprise Resource Planning programmes – D365 F&O. They will have a proven track record of designing training for a variety of cultures and languages. Also, building training materials for functional/technical delivery.
