ERP Systems Administrator (NetSuite)
Based: Hybrid working with head office based in High Wycombe
Term: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Negotiable
We are looking for an experienced ERP Systems Administrator to join the Digital Shared Services team. Thisrole will be well suited to someone looking to develop their existing skills in systems support and knowledge of NetSuite ERP in an exciting and dynamic environment.
The primary goal of this role will be to provide a high quality support for NetSuite users and engage with key stakeholders, helping facilitate the changes required as our business grows either through acquisition of expansion into new markets.
Key responsibilities will include
* Provide responsive technical support for issues on our ERP systems
* Administer users in line with our Access Policy
* Raise and detail change requests for complex features and implementations
* Understand and implement best practices
* Escalate issues to NetSuite support when required
* Assist with development and testing of the system
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate
* Strong understanding of ERP Governance including policies, procedures and change management
* Commercial experience administering NetSuite and a knowledge of its technical features
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience of working with complex business processes
* Ability to work flexibly within a team, asking for and providing support as needed
Experience in any the following domains will also be beneficial
* ERP-systems Access Supply Chain, Comarch, MS Power Automate, MS Dynamics, SAP, SAP and Navision,
* Scripting – Javascript / SuiteScript
* SQL queries
* SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow or SuiteTalk
* Experience with Agile product development processes
* Experience with logistics and supply chain processes (3PL)
* An understanding of accounting processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay)
