Enterprise Solutions Architect/ Technical Lead (DV Cleared) is required by our government client based Milton Keynes: commutable from Northampton, Luton, Bedford, Watford. Due to the urgency of the assignment, DV (Developed Vetting) Security clearance is ideally required or candidates must be eligible for clearance

Paying £775 p/day- Outside IR35/ 6 month contract

SmartSourcing are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Enterprise Solutions Architect to work with one of our most prestigious clients on. Responsible for governance, solving complex issues and leading the technical design of systems and services.

The successful applicant will define and shape the Digitisation Automation strategy in line with the corporate plan and is central to the quality assurance of other services and systems, making sure the technical work fits into the broader strategy for the business. Responsible for proactively identifying problems and translating these into non-technical descriptions that can be widely understood. Collaborating and communicating with senior stakeholders, providing direction and challenge where necessary.

Looking for an expert in identifying and using best practice and emerging technologies, the technical lead proactively seeks out opportunities for digital transformation and reducing the legacy IT landscape across the business.

Essential Skills:

-Minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience.

-BA / BSC Degree, NVQ Level 6 or equivalent in relevant IT Computer Science discipline or related professional experience.

-Experience delivering IT Cloud, On-premise and Hybrid solutions.

-Proven experience leading integration solution architecture.

-Ability to communicate free of technical language to the business and end-user.-Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and project management skills

-Demonstrate IT knowledge and expertise in the areas being developed or enhanced.

-Strong collaboration, multi-tasking and organisational skills.

-Proven experience leading integration solution architecture.

Desirable Skills:

-AgilePM Foundation / PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent professional experience.

-TOGAF v9

-ITIL v3 Foundation

-Cisco CCNP Certified.

-Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

-Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).

-Experience of ServiceNow / Salesforce / Oracle Fusion.

-Experience of working within government and familiar with Government technology strategies, policies and technology guidelines.
