Digital Learning is growing and growing, so here at BSI we have created a position for a Training Digital Content Designer to join us. You'll work alongside subject matter experts within the business to put together and design e-learning and distance working courses.

About You

You'll work with our inhouse SME's to design courses, so you don't need expertise in our industry sectors – your expertise will lie in the design of learning materials. You'll need a strong understanding of how people learn, with a focus on how they learn in a digital environment. Ideally, you'll have proven experience in designing, from scratch, digital learning programmes.

You'll need to engage with and collaborate with stakeholders across the business, so you also need strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as good project management skills to allow you to handle multiple course development programmes.
