Digital Analyst – Milton Keynes

The Company:
Focus Group Recruitment have the pleasure with working alongside global leading electric charging business. My client are the UK leaders within their sector. Over the course of 10 years, our customer has established itself as the market leader in electric vehicle charging, providing solutions for EV drivers to charge at home, at work and on the road. On our mission to make charging fast and hassle-free, our charging points have been used over 30 million times to enable around 200 million miles of zero tailpipe emission driving.

The Role:
The overall purpose of the position is to use Digital data to enhance the customer experience across all of our client's touchpoints with a focus on their Mobile Apps and Websites (Google Analytics). Furthermore, be part of a team dedicated to making positive change, transforming an industry and helping our planet. My client will play a critical role in supporting their ambition to achieve “Net Zero by 2050”. We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Analyst to make this happen.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
• Feed into a customer centric digital product roadmap enabling the client to lead across B2C/B2B domains (e.g. through home charging, on the go services, fleet management)
• Advocate the use of data to support decision making and doing the right thing
• Help define digital analytics parameters for new features in our digital estate
• Test the new analytics functionalities to ensure they are ready for reporting and analysis
• Devise and maintain a reporting process to capture customer-centric effectiveness of new features
• Perform analysis on the data gathered in order to provide an insightful view on the impact the feature is having on the customer journey
• Work with both internal and external partners to ensure all reporting of digital data is accurate and used in the appropriate context
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years Commercial experience as a Digital Analyst with good knowledge in Google Analytics. This is a great opportunity for an Analyst to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team.
The Location:
The role is based in Milton Keynes, with travel to other locations on needs basis (assuming normal business practice/post Covid)

Salary: Up to £45k great benefits including contributed pension scheme, 25 days + 8 days bank holidays + EV leasing scheme (once successfully completed probation)
