Demand Generation Manager – HPE Aruba UKI
Job Description
Develop and implement demand generation programs that target specific B2B market segments for B2B Technology clients. Ability to leverage digital, email, event, print, social, and telemarketing channels.
This role includes creating demand generation plans while maintaining an in-depth understanding of the latest demand generation trends and ability to coordinate campaigns with key stakeholders and Channel Partner marketing/sales leads.
Applicants for this job should show in depth marketing marketing expertise, strong communication skills, and excellent time & project management skills. The role can sometimes be stressful as there are multiple stakeholders to manage for each campaign (vendor Channel Marketing manager, partner team, partner business Manager etc), tight deadlines and pressure to get campaigns performing and launched on time, noting all campaigns have start/end date and must be completed within the specific timeline.
This job is well-suited to digitally native candidates that are driven by ABM & marketing demand generation campaigns, following current trends, passion in planning and executing marketing campaigns to generate demand that deliver results. Project management and clear communications skills are key to success. This is a results-based role and specific targets must be exceeded.

3. Submit weekly performance and lead management reports on specific campaign results (demand generated)
Plan Lead Generation Campaigns
Planning and executing digital, channel-specific campaigns is a key part of the role.
Provide Marketing Guidance
Demand Generation Specialist is expected to be a trusted advisor to their partners and provide marketing advice and guidance when presenting specific campaign solutions to generate demand and deliver on campaign objectives.
Perform Market Research
This role requires staying ahead of the curve and following the latest digital trends and searches, as well as the newest technologies. Demand Generation Specialist will also carry out competitor research to monitor what other client competitor companies are doing in the market place
Contribute to Channel Lead Generation Strategies
The Demand Generation Specialist will utilize their experience to develop channel-specific marketing strategies for FY21. These strategies are worked out with the Vendor department leads to discuss business priorities, mapping Partners to specific products, solutions, verticals etc and to make sure all teams are aligned with the Lead Generation plans
Report on Results
Demand Generation Specialist will presents weekly results and create reports to show what worked and what was less effective for different markets and audiences. Demand Generation Specialist will propose modifications to the MSA team based on campaign performance to optimise results
