Dynamics 365 Application Support Engineer.

THE MISSION Your roll will to be the driving force in D365 & M365 in an Azure setting, providing support & maintenance of Dynamics 365 & M365 & some other applications. You'll analyse complex business problems, then research & implement cost effective solutions & provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating / developing systems & create new users & manage day to day administration of D365 & applications.
You'll manage the configuration of D365 system settings & options; test, configure & implement new equipment & software as well as plan & execute unit, integration & acceptance testing for systems to meet business requirements.

Location: Remote Working / Milton Keynes.
Salary: Up to c£48,000 PA + Pension, Bonus, Life Insurance, 28 Days Leave & BH
Start Date: ASAP.
You will be working in a hybrid mode, so 2 days from the office & 3 days from home. As you would expect for such a role there is a need to work on emergency call 24/7 rota (1 week out of 4 per month) with some potential out of hours work & weekend work.
YOU: Ideally you'll have some experience with Dynamics 365, but if not you'll have experience in supporting multi-tiered software environments of both 3rd party & bespoke systems. Administering Microsoft 365 platform, data investigation with SQL & Web Services & API interaction. You'll be using the Solarwinds monitoring suite & supporting applications based on Oracle & SQL Server databases.
As important as your technical skills is a positive & enthusiastic a can-do attitude with a conscientious, accurate & diligent mindset. You'll need to be flexible, willing & able to cope with change in a complex pressurised environment with conflicting demands. It goes without saying clear communication & good interpersonal skills with a customer focused, switched on attitude to customer management taking ownership for issue resolution are going to be needed.
You'll possess good verbal & written communication skills & proficiency in writing technical specifications, & a professional certification (preferred but not mandatory.
