Customer Success Manager – Milton Keynes/Remote UK – £55,000 plus Bonus & Package

We are helping one of the UK's brightest Tech companies who provide software and services to the to a variety of sectors including automotive, healthcare and retail.

Due to continued growth and demand for their products they now urgently need a talented Customer Success Manager with a background in SaaS to join their team in Milton Keynes. Once it is safe to return to the office they would like people to come in once a week but this is not a hard rule.

To be a successful, the ideal candidate will have:

Strong background in software Customer Success
Excellent experience of B2B SaaS
Good communication and influencing skills
Able to use analytics and data to support your goals
Great personality and naturally collaborative
Friendly, willing to learn and a love of techWhat is in it for you?
