Due to their growth, I'm looking for a Dev Ops Engineer to join a friendly, agile environment. This role is imperative to the business as they are continuously developing new solutions, exploring new technology and changing their platform drastically.
ROLE: Cloud Operations Engineer / Dev Ops
SALARY: £35,000 – £45,000! Plus pension scheme, 25 (plus your birthday off), team building days, flexible and home working environment, free parking and personal development days
LOCATION: Cranfield with home and flexible working
ESSENTIALS: (If you are missing some of the below please do not let this put you off! Let us have an informal chat!)
-Strong attention to detail
-Clear communication style, both verbal and written
-Technical writing skills for producing documentation
-Experience and knowledge of CI practices
-Experience of Linux server administration
-Experience in any of cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
-Experience in Kubernetes
-Experience in scripting language (Python preferred)
-Knowledge of Version control (git)
DESIRABLES:
-Experience in Infrastructure as a code software eg. terraform, CloudFormation
-Experience in monitoring/logging platforms eg. DataDog
-Experience in web technologies and frameworks such as flask, Django
-Experience of working within an agile team
