JOB TITLE: Channel Sales Manager

SALARY: £45,000-£50,000

BENEFITS: £35,000 bonus, car allowance, Pension, Healthcare, 24 days holiday

We are a leading IP Telephony and VOIP Solutions Provider. We require an experienced Channel Sales Manager to help recruit and manage new reseller partners across the UK.

LOCATION: Home based – UK

JOB SPECIFICATION: This is a classic Channel Sales Management role. Working closely with the Head of Channel Sales, this role will see you being responsible for developing new and existing relationships with strategic partners (Resellers) across the UK.

Develop and implement the partner strategy to deliver on defined sales goals
Analyse market trends and identify high-potential prospective partners
Build a strategy, approach and proposition for prospective partners
Qualify, recruit and on-board high-potential partners
Gain support within the business and negotiate new terms or agreements to meet these emerging opportunities and drive best value
Support channel partners with marketing, sales and training
REQUIREMENTS: While this role operates in a very specialised sector, we are looking for someone has proven experience in:

Channel/partner management
Sales/new business/partner acquisition
Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills with excellent commercial acumen
This is a small business with a family orientated culture, which will suit someone who wishes to have autonomy and wants to work within a solid, hands-on team.
