Role Description

Change Manager and Deployments Analyst. Technical Change Manager. Technical Deployment functions

Key Responsibilities

Manage Changes and deploy software into Preproduction and Productions environment. SNOW tool will
be used to progress the changes to the different stages. To deploy software we use SGS, Websphere

Console, Rundeck, Linux Console. Attending and chairing CABs is required. Prepare and review implementation plans.

On call support is required to manage and deploy software out off hours.

Team Structure

Change Manager fall under Implementation area. Head of Change Management Change Manager Team Lead
Change and Deployment analyst
