We’re looking for a motivated Business Intelligence Business Analyst who has a considerable amount of experience focused on data management, and utilising tool such as: PowerBI, Tableau, Cognos.
Our client is starting to understand the importance and relevance of storing new data, utilising old data, and optimising predictive trends and with this they have created a platform purely used to manage the data. They are looking for a motivated Business Intelligence Business Analyst who will gather the requirements (data) from multiple streams, upload the data into the Data Lake, clean / arrange the data (by using PowerBI) and then deliver the fresh reports to the dedicated team.
 
As the data orientated Business Intelligence Business Analyst you will:

Design dashboard (preferably PowerBI, alternatively Tableau or Cognos) solutions
Work alongside of multiple teams to elicit and clarify business requirement to understand the project goals “What Is” and “To Be”.
What is – Multiple streams of data
To be – Utilised and stored on platform
Curate data within Google Analytics to provide insights and inform the strategic direction, design, and iteration of the digital functionality
Gather stakeholder feedback to build bespoke reporting in Google Analytics for the wider business to guide specification, ordering, campaigns, and marketing decisions and derive hypotheses and actionable insights.
Liaising with other departments and analysts across the business, to share data and incorporate additional data sources into analysis
Facilitate and participate in workshops. Write up noted in a clear and concise manner so that all parties involved can understand.
Understand the functionality of the platform, and figure out the HOW, WHY and WHAT?
How can we store clean data in a dashboard?
What data can be measured? 
Essential: 

Several years of experience working as a Business Analyst / Business Intelligence 
Experience working in both Agile & Waterfall Methodologies
ISEB qualified
Confident communicator – ability to articulate ideas and present them to all level whist understanding the strengths and weaknesses of presenting data and carefully selecting which is appropriate to the audience.
Excellent data visualisation skills
Proficient in PowerBI, Microsoft Analytics and Microsoft Azure Cloud (desirable)
