This is a brand new role so you would be the first Business Development Representative supporting the Account Executives with quality prospecting and cementing the first stage of the sales cycle.

Although this role will be on-boarded remotely, when we return to the new norm, it offers a hybrid of working 2/3 days being home/office based.
The role will be targeting C level contacts and HR Managers/Directors so professionalism, credibility and any previous exposure into HR contacts would be advantageous.
You will receive first-class training, continous support, some inbound warm leads for experience and exposure and support from the management/directors/marketing/Account Executives. There will also be a variety of software tools to support best practice and working smarter not harder.
With the world of work changing forever with the recent pandemic, the SaaS solutions are very relevant and are supporting businesses in securing, retaining and developing the right talent.

This position will offer natural growth into an Account Executive role where typically the step-up would take 18-24 months and move into a package earning £45-50k base + commission
