Business Development Analyst
We are looking for a motivated candidate to join us as a Business Development Analyst. You will act as the front-line solution provider for our channel partners and end customers. You will work in an international environment with over 1000 Synology staff members across the globe as an ambassador for the world’s leading midrange NAS vendor.
Duties include:
* Promote Synology solutions and drive business growth
* New sales partner development and account management
* Deliver product roadmap update and technical training
* Answer product and sales enquiries from channel partners and end users over email, on the phone and face-to-face
* Follow up on sales leads and enquiries gained from tradeshows, events, and other sources
* Co-work with and support Marketing Department to organise national and international business events for product promotions
* Attend launch events, exhibitions and other customer-facing occasions throughout the UK, and occasionally to Ireland and Nordic countries
* Other duties as required and requested
Key Competencies and Skills required:
* 1+ year working experience in a similar sales role
* Self-motivated and result-driven
* Public speaking and presentational skills
* Working experience related to storage, IP surveillance or networking products is desired
* Clean UK driving license

This is a permanent, full time position(37 hours per week) to start as soon as possible.
