We are seeking a Business Change Delivery Lead/Manager to join a well-known retail client on a contract basis for 6 months. It is an opportunity to join a client that is on a journey of digital and business change and are investing heavily to ensure future success and growth of their brand across the globe.

You will be responsible for managing and delivering multiple projects with a focus on Business Change & Business Transformation within a number of technical projects.

Role:

Ownership of the IT workstream within a wider strategic business change programme to enable a world class franchise model
Liaison across IT and business stakeholders to design and implement the future state
Transition of knowledge from IT SMEs to create additional bandwidth on the project where SMEs are not available full time
Involvement in detailed discussions to support hands on input to future solution design & implementation
Experience/Skills:
Required

Highly desirable – understanding of the franchisee/franchisor relationship model versus equity/ownership model
Highly desirable – understanding of moving between different business models from an IT perspective e.g. acquisitions/mergers, insourced to outsourced services
Experience of working within Agile environments
Solid project management and analysis skills
Ability to liaise effectively between IT and business stakeholders, including board level
Fast learner
