Business Analyst
Full Time – Monday – Friday
Will consider hybrid working when fully trained.
Up to £35,000 depending on experience

Our client has been operating for over twenty years; they are passionate about their products and their people. They are looking for a Business Analyst to join their well-established team based in Milton Keynes.
As Business Analyst, you will help develop and maintain existing operating systems by working closely with key stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery and availability of business critical applications, delivering value for money and minimising business risk.
Duties for Business Analyst will include:
Support the business on primary systems MS Dynamics (AX), Aeromark and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
Work closely with customers to identify business needs and the benefits of implementing a computing solution
Construct IT documentation based on identified needs of the organisation
Work with other IT experts to address networking and hardware needs to support systems
Devise and document a general system design based on the client's anticipated requirements working within the IT intake process and the predefined IT documentation framework
Design and run reports to provide internal Key Performance Indicators throughout the business
Data cleanse the existing information in the Microsoft AX platform to ensure accuracy, completeness and validity
Ensure that invoicing is accurately submitted on a timely basis to Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) customers
Test IT systems
Provide staff training of the systems implemented
Ideally, you'll have the following skills and experience
Experience of working in a fast-paced customer service based business
Experience in a similar role
Able to conceptualize and think creatively with a mathematical aptitude
Able to make informed decisions on complex business and technical information
Strong Excel skills
Excellent communication skills and working knowledge (ideally) of Microsoft Dynamics (D365), SQL, Power BIPlease be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
