Business Analyst

Capgemini Engineering is looking for Business Analyst to join team working on cutting-edge technologies.

Key Accountabilities

* Undertake fact finding discovery exercise to understand the current PSTN connections and type of service it is used for.

* Exploring different data sources, some examples but not limited to – Eclipse database querying knowhow, OSS/ monitoring data extractions for validations, Billing data sources etc.

* Good command on data analysis cross referencing using spread-sheets.

* Analyzing findings and using data modelling methods to help find data accuracy

* Formulate the Business Requirements

* Stakeholder identification and management

* Getting the Business Requirements approved.

* Working toward defined timelines

* The candidate may also need to take up Project Management activities from time to time

Must have skills

* BCS or relevant Certification on Business Analysis

* Experience in Business Requirement Gathering

* Telecom Experience is must. Ideally in PSTN, router, fixed line equipment’s domain.

* Project management experience and certification shall be an added advantage

* The candidate must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills

* The candidate should have excellent analytical skills
