We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Agile development methodology in an e-Commerce B2C & B2B business environment. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements that will improve our online capabilities for our customers and will have the ability to translate these requirements into work items for our Scrum teams.

Responsibilities of our Business Analyst include:

– Gaining an in depth understanding of underlying customer needs & wants.

– Serving as the voice of business and voice of customer in development & design processes

– Translating broad business and market needs to define product requirements/backlogs, working closely with a Product Owner

– Gaining an in depth understanding of systems architecture and interfaces so as to anticipate implications of solution additions, changes and enhancements

– Maintaining close interaction with Scrum Masters, Product Owners and user experience experts

– Gathering requirements from existing and potential new customers and business stakeholders

– Being a core member of a Scrum team

– Participating in and monitoring testing of any product releases

– Investigating new e-Commerce B2C, B2B, Mobile solutions and applications for a set of product features

Our ideal Business Analyst will also have the following skills and experience:

– Academic degree or equivalent experience

– Proven significant experience within a digital / e-commerce business domain

– Strong knowledge of Agile principles

– Experience with Hybris B2B/B2C platform a plus

– Experience in Customer Insight Analytics

– Experience in Web Analytics tools

– Has in-depth understanding of the business environment and business drivers in order to define and assess “feature value”

– Focuses on customer needs, gets first-hand customer information and uses it for (improvements in) solutions

– Listening attitude with ability to ask right questions

– Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions

– Fluent knowledge of English, spoken and written
