Business Process Improvement Business Analyst – Buckinghamshire – £55,000 plus benefits

We are working with a growing UK Top 30 construction business who are hiring a permanent Business Analyst to join their IT team. This role is a strategic hire as the organisation looks to improve the use and efficiencies from their key applications. This role will support the early stages, implementation and on-going improvements for the initiative, looking at Business Process Improvement specifically through IT enablement.

The role will require experience of working in a similar role previously, reviewing processes and systems use as well as holding workshops to gain business buy in. You will capture business requirements, analyse the end to end business processes and systems whilst identifying opportunities for improvement. You will support the design and implementation of these changes, ensuring ROI is achieved and there are tangible business benefits.

We are looking for the following experience and skills to be considered for this role:

Experience of analysing, recording, reporting and delivering measurable business process improvement projects.

Experience of working on key business platforms including ERP, Content Management and HR and Payroll systems for implementation and development

Excellent stakeholder management across all levels both internally and externally

Experience of working within the construction industry

Experience of working with business critical systems to improve their use across the business

Confident when holding workshops, gathering requirements and recording details within an immature project environment

Business focused approach to work, looking at ROI and business benefits in all work
