Billing Analyst

A reputable Comms company based in Milton Keynes is looking to recruit an internal Billing Analyst to join their successful team.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 (DOE)

Key responsibilities:

Supporting Sales teams and project managers.
Managed all ordering, transfers, porting (Geo/Non-Geo numbers) leasing with B2B resellers, B2C customers and suppliers.
Monthly billing reconciliations and discrepancies resolved in a timely manner including day to day problem solving
Involvement in various project management of telecoms 3rd party systems and building, troubleshooting, and diagnosing from initial design to completion.
Complete monthly billing runs and monthly reports ensuring CDR data collected, analyse data and invoices dispatched primarily using the billing software platform.

The Person will have..

Must have Telecomms experience
Proven experience in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to plan and organise
Good time/deadline management skills
Ability to influence and command
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Full UK driving licence
