Applications and Database Support Analyst – SQL – Fully Remote – £25,000 – £30,000

My client is looking for an Applications and Database Support Analyst to provide 2nd Line (1st line internal users) support to internal and external users to maintain access to systems / applications and related services & documentation. This person will also manage the various applications and systems throughout the organisation as it transitions and improves. This Software Support specialist will resolve and escalate support requests on back office applications and customer portals.

What are they looking for?

** Great communication skills and customer service skills

** Advanced Excel specifically Pivot Tables, Vlookups plus

** SQL Server, T-SQL – Queries/ VIEWs/Stored Procedures

** Keeping SQL databases up to date with data from various sources, including operational and sales data

** Upholding and ensuring best practice in data cleansing, data accuracy and manipulation.

** Ensure reporting needs are met as existing legacy systems are replaced.

** Producing automated regular reports to support management and partner decisions.
