The Application & Reporting Manager will be supporting the Business Systems Manager, with responsibility for ensuring the secure and effective running of the Waste operating system and related applications. 

This position requires a strong blend of communication and technical skills with a heavy emphasis on Microsoft SQL.

Experience and skills:

Strong written and oral communications skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure
Ability to understand, document, analyse, and perform actions based on client requirements
Proficiency in the English language
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Excellent IT skills including advance Excel skills including VBA Macros or similar
Good understanding of software testing techniques, documentation and test processes.
Experience of diagnosing, reporting, tracking and resolving quality issues.
ERP experience – 2 years min experience working with SAP B1 or similar ERP system would be an advantage
