Agile Software Release Specialist  – Homebased

This is a role for a leader with a solid background in delivering software development projects in a Scaled Agile Framework – SAFe. 

Your remit will be to facilitate and manage software release planning activities that enable the development teams to deliver large programs, it goes without question that you will encounter a wide range of challenges and an element of stress with this role; the ability to think clearly and manage when under pressure is key.

A solid grasp of Scrum methodology & Agile (SAFe) working along with the ability organise and prioritise the work load is essential.

Key criteria for Agile Software Release Specialist:

Proven track record and significant experience in a software development environment

Ability to manage the Agile Release Train (ART) events, increments and sprints in the Scaled Agile Framework – SAFe

Thorough understanding and practical experience of Agile / Scrum methodology – 

Strong planning skills and proven ability to manage activities for a large software development program

You need to be confident, Pro-active, assertive and a “get things done” on time and in budget person
