Agile Delivery/Software Team Lead – Milton Keynes

An integral role within a software development team has become available for an experienced Manager/Team Leader to join a growing software company located in Milton Keynes.

This role focuses on managing a development team using Agile methodologies, enabling them to successfully deliver a range of products and services. This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys managing and building teams because there is a big focus on the team management element including employee relation matters such as appraisals, personal reviews, disciplinaries etc so previous experience in these areas are essential together with:

Agile methodology and ideally Scrum
Background in hands-on Software Development, Testing, Business Analysis or delivery
Knowledge of delivery and release processes
Proven team management experience
The full SDLC
Financial Services experience would be of benefit

The role is currently a fully remote position but candidates will need to be able to work in Milton Keynes a couple of times a week later in the year.
