Account Manager – Milton Keynes – £23,000-£27,000
You are probably the organiser in your friendship group. The person who usually arranges the weekend meet up and the life and soul of the party when you do meet.
When there are any issues in the group everyone comes to you. You fix the problems and you do it with a smile on your face.
These are the skills of an Account Manager.
In this role, you will be working for a tech company that develops business critical, best in class data analytics solutions for household name clients. It will be your role to be the first point of contact for said clients and handle any issues or queries they have.
This is not a sales role! You will be relationship focussed and doing right by the clients.
But you won't just be sitting behind emails and the phone, you will visit these clients and see the real impact you and the software are having on their business. This involves talking about things such as implementation and product roadmaps.
If you're bored with your typical AM role and instead want to have a real impact on the clients you work with, this is the role for you.
The company you will be working for is very well established with ambitious growth plans. They have doubled their userbase this year!
But because they are relatively small, they are adaptable. If you feel something can be improved, then they are all ears.
Ideally, we are looking for an Account Manager that has had some experience of working in a software company. However, if you have worked in a similar role and have a strong interest in technology, wed like to hear from you too.
