Concept Resourcing are working with one of Europe's leading Managed Service Providers to recruit a Virtualisation 3rd Line Engineer. This is a hybrid working role, flexible with location, with a competitive salary and package.
This is a great opportunity with a growing organisation to develop skills, obtain some of the latest training, and work on exciting projects for major clients.
Salary – £40,000 – £50,000 + on call allowance + package + benefits
Location – Flexible, Hybrid worked, 1 day per week in the office
The Role
Provide hands-on technical expertise, showing senior level knowledge in Virtualisation and EUC technologies
Supporting the Virtualisation and EUC engineering team in the advanced troubleshooting of customer's environments
Ensure correct configuration of all Virtualisation components and supported technologies, including, but not limited, to, VMware, Hyper V, Citrix
Identify technical problems and potential service improvements across customers Virtualisation and EUC environments
Skills/Experience Required
Minimum 5 years' technical experience
VMware, Hyper-V
Cloud Technologies and Environments
Microsoft servers
Citrix technologies
