The opportunity is to join a Milton Keynes based MSP as a 3rd Line Help Desk Engineer. The company are 30 people strong based in modern offices. The company has an excellent reputation, enjoyed a very profitable 2019 and has performed well during an unusual 2020.
This position is to work as a 3rd Line Help Desk Engineer dealing with senior escalations, some 2nd Line work and being a mentor other 2nd Line Engineers..
A consultative approach and an excellent technical understanding is required for this position.
The basic starting salary is between £35/40,000
