2nd Line Support Engineer – Milton Keynes
I am recruiting for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to be based in Milton Keynes with one of my best clients. This Technical Support Engineer will look after clients across Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and London in a Client Facing Support position. This role would begin with 4 – 6 weeks working from home. The salary is up to £30,000 (With some flexibility) based on experience.
Within this role you would provide high quality face-to-face or remote support to non-technical people whilst recording support issues and service requests in the incident ticketing system. Also, you would resolve issues with IT systems and business applications, seeking help from other members of the IT team when necessary.
Skills Needed
** Experience with Windows Server
** Active Directory, Group policy
** Exchange / Office 365
** Exposure and knowledge of different Windows products
** Experience with bespoke application support
** Experience with VMware / Hyper-V
This position will require the candidate to travel to clients, predominantly in the home counties however with some travel across the UK – A car and driving licence are required.
