2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer – Milton Keynes – £25K – £35K – Great Benefits
My client is going through a period of business growth, they're looking for a 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer to support the day-to-day delivery of the IT function as well as get involved in technical projects. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of working on a service desk working with technologies like Office 365, Exchange, Windows Server, and Network support.
Reporting to the IT Director the successful candidate will be responsible for completing projects to ensure the continuous delivery of IT services through interaction with end users. Ideally this person will have a minimum of 3 years of IT Support experience prior to this application with an MSP.
Key skills:
** Virtualisation (VMWare or Hyper-V)
** Azure (Desirable)
** Watchguard / UTM experience
** Windows OS/Server
** Microsoft Exchange or Office 365
** SharePoint Online administration
** ITIL Framework Experience (Desirable)
** Experience in working with ITSM ticket systems.
** Understanding of priorities and SLA's
