2nd/3rd Line Engineer – Citrix

£45,000 – £50,000 + Benefits

An innovative, cutting edge client is looking to add a 2nd/3rd line engineer to work in a Citrix heavy environment. You will take ownership of all 2nd/3rd line escalations, design and implement solutions and provide ongoing maintenance and administration.

As a 2nd/3rd line engineer you will get involved in a number of different environments, so a broad technical range is desirable. These include:

VMWare
Hyper-V
VEEAM
ACTIFIOAll 2nd/3rd line engineers will also mentor and coach 1st line junior staff as well as handling any escalations from 1st line support staff.
