1st line Support Service Desk Analyst – Milton Keynes

We are looking for a candidate with great technical knowledge and customer service skills to join our clients growing support team.
The Role:
You will be working as a first line service desk analyst and will be required to provide IT support to customers ensuring queries are dealt with proactively, effectively and in a timely fashion. As a company, our client prides themselves on their amazing support and this is reinforced by the positive feedback they continuously receive from customers, so it is imperative these standards are upheld in your role.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
• Previous IT support/service desk experience an advantage.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft server and desktop operating systems, networks, and Microsoft office.
* Experience in Cloud computing (Azure /Office 365/ AWS / GCP).
* Willingness and ability to continuously update professional knowledge of new technologies.
* Excellent organisation and time management skills.
* Ability to work under pressure demonstrated in a fast-paced support environment.
* Excellent customer service skills, with real commitment to delivering the best possible service for every customer.
* Ability to proactively analyse information, and excellent problem-solving skills.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year’s Commercial experience as a 1st line support analyst with excellent customer service skills and good understanding of Cloud Computing. This is a great opportunity for a support analyst to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team.
The Location:
The role is based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire and commutable from surrounding areas of Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire.
Salary: £18k – £28k depending on experience + great Benefits
